If my email IS being filtered using AI, it’s doing a crap job. So crap, I have to go into my entire spam folder every day and pull out the things that are NOT junk. Things that I have repeatedly moved back to my inbox. AI has made more work for me in email mgt.

This is how I’ve always done it too from being in retail, years ago. And it’s such a super speedy and cool way of executing the task. Made me look like some mad math genius.

BUT: If I have to do ACTUAL math like say, $50.50-$21, then I have to get my calculator out.

I used CHATGPT on Thurs. to compare 2 versions of contracts. It got factual material completely wrong eg term of contract + it inserted stuff that it thort shud be in typical contracts like these ones. When I asked “does the contract talk about XYZ?”, it fessed up that it wasn’t. Absolute nonsense.

That is INCREDIBLE. Just absolute magic!

I really feel for you. I walked this journey with my Mum 1 yr ago. Something that struck me was how we don’t share the death journey well together as a society. The experience is common yet also so bizarre + challenging so we avoid talking abt it. so, thx for sharing a bit of yr story w yr Mum.

I was Day 15 too for my first and only infection in late 22. Had fatigue for 3 months but otherwise seemed to come right.

I may support some mining if reassured the companies are NZ owned, the regulations are robust, and the cleanup cost cannot land on the taxpayer. I use and want technologies that use minerals every day.

I don’t trust the parties involved though to get this right.
