luckily i reacted so quickly and this was "found" before i develop real impingement symptoms bc that would not be so much fun anymore!!
My body being kind of crooked is the problem and to my surprise he said physiotherapy will be more than enough for me. Yay!
So the ortho said the same stuff as I was told on Monday. There was nothing visible in the ultra sound which is a good sign. Due to my scapula you could actually say I have impingement in that shoulder but me not having any of the symptoms is a good sign and can be fixed easily.

uhm. i slept like 6 hours and then i had a migraine (thank you weather) and slept 7 hours with interruptions again. and tonight i slept from 9pm till 5am. am i ok???

sie hat mit manueller therapie, nadeln und bisschen strom soooo viel bewirkt und mir super übungen gegeben! es ist auch schon deutlich besser!
muss kurz schwärmen: sie hat sofort gesehen, wo die probleme herkommen könnten. bin leider so schief in hüfte und unterem rücken, dass es mir auch irgendwie dann entgegengesetzt doof in die schulter gezogen hat. so viele muskeln waren da dicht (unterarm, hinten an der schulter, in der achsel, hand!)
Jesus christ. Due to scoliosis it seems like I developed some alignment issues again and that made my right shoulder become a bitch. Now I have good cross training exercises for pole and the manual therapy helped so much already. 😭
thank you! i will get it checked by my trainer's physio on monday. i think i have something like an overuse going on and it can be resolved with the right rehab!!

thank you! i suddenly have so much fun during concerts again....
sounds weird but i think i have freed myself of doing things i do not enjoy.
i only go to concerts when i rly feel like going and not due to fomo.
same with pole workshops or classes.
i feel 100x better.

I know not everyone has a bad relationship with their body and food (thank god!) but it triggers me a lot when people excessively talk about having to earn food, cheat days and all that.
I know no one is responsible for my triggers but whenever I read such stuff, I just skip.
