H5N1 bird flu outbreak shuts down a large egg farm in Arizona.
The owner of Hickman's Family Farms says ~6 million chickens will be culled (USDA reports 5.2 million). They say it will take two years to rebuild the flock and hundreds of workers will be laid off.
