Bar topic: Norway. My friend/regular said that Norway’s BAC limit for driving is 0.02% and it costs 2200 Kroner ( $200 USD ) to park your car overnight. Then another friend of mine chimes in, “Well, I wouldn’t mind spending $200 to park my car if I can park my ass in a Doctor’s office for free!”
