My review for #TheBrideMovie is now live on the site! It's a film that takes risks, and those risks paid off in dividends for me. I really loved this film a lot.

Darcy has been in the comments on Twitter saying that it's not the end, just the end at Shudder. They also made a post on the Patreon. They just aren't allowed to go into details it seems...
Also with Sam Zimmerman gone, Iβm not sure what their offerings will be like. Iβve got a bit I think until my sub expires so Iβll see and decide then. With Joe Bob is gone, I wonder if theyβll use that money for.
Iβm kind of with you. Iβll likely turn off annual and then turn it on once in a while to catch up on things I missed.
Special envoy is funny way of saying an βunimportant position that hopefully keeps her from turning on us and revealing more secretsββ¦
Very much my brand of dirt bag⦠lollll
Christian Bale in The Bride!
Also if Iβm honest, when this image was teased way back when, I was kind of soldβ¦
I received a new paid sub last week which means we get to keep our Regal passes another month which means THE BRIDE! tomorrow night and more movies this month too and I am so freaking excited and grateful.
There was a lot of βandsβ in there lol π
I donβt think Iβve seen that one in its entirety so Iβd be curious to go back and see how.
I am not a huge fan of his but tbh I kind of loved him in the role. Also, he is a supporting role. Jessie Buckley demands your attention every moment sheβs on screen.
Just saw that @letterboxd.social shared a list of films that influenced Maggie Gyllenhaalβs The Bride! and now I have a goal to watch every movie on that list I havenβt seen!
PS- go see The Bride! as soon as possible!

Additionally what so many of the "No one's talking on Bluesky" people are actually saying is "I am lost and confused when there's not an algorithm to shove content into my eyeballs with no effort on my part"
I loved it. It will either be my fav film this year or in my top 3. I donβt foresee that changing.
Post an iconic horror movie image.
Iβm less than 30 followers away from 2K followers on Letterboxd! It blows my mind that so many people find my opinions interesting. Hopefully I can keep growing and hit that number!

Conversely, I'm not going to use AI for anything and I'll continue to loudly tell people that they are saps and suckers and giant fucking rubes for using it. Especially this motherfucker.
Sheehy needs to resign effective immediately. This is just more unacceptable behavior from the right. Further proof that they are all just bullies with financial backing. There is no reason a sitting senator should have been involved in a situation that didn't require force anyway.
This came across my IG feed from 3 weeks ago, and it's just⦠people asking folks to leave Substack and refraining from sharing links to it aren't doing it for no reason.

It makes the rounds every now and again, for good reason.
A collage of images from #Nosferatu of 1922 - on the left a dramatic poster portraying Count Orlok, on the top right the iconic scene of his shadow ascending a staircase, and in the lower right Orlok is fatally exposed to the sun.
On this day in 1922, German director #FWMurnau released the iconic expressionist silent movie #Nosferatu β Eine Symphonie des Grauens (A Symphony of Horror).
Early voting for the Salt River Project board election begins on March 11. April 7 is election day. And you may have seen signs around the Valley for a slate of candidates supported by Turning Point USA.
Thank you! It's been a long 3 months which different meds, doses, etc... I think this med it likely the right one! I may need to slightly increase the dose but I'm seeing the best results so far from it!
Finally feel like I'm getting dialed in on my ADHD meds. I haven't felt this productive in a long ass time!
Sometimes after watching a movie you get this feeling like it was hyper targeted at whatever demographics that is made up of only you. Anyway movies are pretty neat.
Thank yβall
Do we call that barfmaxxing? Seriously, as an elder millennial, I feel itβs my duty to ruin all dumb phrase trends for them. lol!
