Of all the things I didnt expect to delay me from working with the milo cnc on my afternoon off: especially fragrant dryer sheets.

I've never had occasion to gnash my teeth. I feel cheated
It amuses me to no end to rock up to work carrying this science experiment looking lunch
Shit. This is amazing. Now I need a meshtastic node for my gameboy.
I dont need another project

Trivially easy to send just a string over the network and have it print. Linux drivers are built into CUPS. Takes any labels. I'm stupid excited that it is exactly what I hoped it would be.
YES! I bought a 16 year old ZM400 label printer to replace my hated QL1100. The brother QL1100 has awful linux drivers, tries to lock you into their labels and is stupid expensive. Someone pointed out these older ZM400 workhorses so I picked one up cheap on ebay. It is exactly everything I want.
I wonder if we can convince trumpf that he can 'troll the libs' by shutting the fuck up for 3 days.
Watching movies while I work on stuff today. Just finished Grand Torino and now I'm going to watch its complete opposite movie; El Camino.
I tried Forge-X on my AD5M and so far its been a really good experience. Its nice to have all my old klipper interfaces back. Missing those on the AD5M made it feel a little stifling to me. The install process was very trivial #3dprinting #ad5m
These little reflow plates punch well above their weight! Very useful for fixing little issues.
I am stupid excited to play with this thermal printhead. The datasheet even lists what connector can be used to connect to the ribbon cable!
My wife and I were sharing from the same bowl of cereal. I started laughing uncontrollably. My explanation that 'we were eating cereal in parallel' did not help.
After the panic buying of 3d printers then Defcon I'm finally getting around to putting together the Manufacturing Nook (need a better name for it). This is probably the only time it will be this clean for the foreseeable future. π
I'm sorry I missed you. Yes, I will be shipping any badges not picked up this coming week. Keep an eye out for an email to confirm.

The NeoSword is a totally over-the-top interactive SAO totem that lights up and makes noise every time you move it. Swing it, spin it, show off your best (questionable) sword skills. Powered by MicroPython and 4 AA batteries, itβs fully hackable and just waiting for you to break, uh, βcustomizeβ it.
I can FINALLY show off the full badge! Introducing the NeoSword! untitledelec.com/products/def...
Finally announcing my #Defcon Indy Badge! The NeoSword!
Preorder now and secure your NeoSword, Dumpster Fire, and 3 Stones badges before the con crowd snags them all! There are only 100 being made!

Here is a little teaser for my upcoming indy #defcon33 #badgelife badge! If you can guess the final form I'll give you a free SAO at the convention!
I did a PCB that used gameboy buttons but it took a LOT of force to activate them. Do you use a specific PCB manufacturing technique for them? That looks like ENIG in the render.
And just like that the project is superseded by a clearly Superior method to program it github.com/cnlohr/rv003... Back to kicad I go!
WAHOO! Its always amazing to me how happy a simple blinking LED can make me! The built in S2 works brilliantly to program the CH32V006
Currently working on a DIY server using an existing ATX motherboard. I designed a backplane adapter so I can plug in SATA connectors and slot hard drives in. Currently I'm designing a case using aluminum extrusions and small 3d printed adapters.
Woot! Finally assembled this CH32V006 Nucleo-style dev board! I've been excited to try this one out. #wch #Risc-V #Devboard
Oh man! This is exciting! This really feels like an actual product to me! V2 of my USB-C PD to Chinese PSU module adapter. Now I need to redesign the front plate (blue plastic) and finish the rest of the case.
Lol that's my whole life.
