I guess if all you watch is F1 then cars going past one another this often must feel really exciting no matter what

So that race wasn't the shit show I expected but I'm still skeptical. If they can find a way to not have the cars lose half their power on straights then I'd say this could be a golden age. Now it just feels like DRS with extra steps.
Seems I ditched my Titan at exactly the right time
I take it back. It's this. It has to be this.

This is a leading candidate. The tone of the chime is really close and it sounds like the same starter.

If you've ever wondered what it's like inside my mind, this is as good of a glimpse as you'll get. lol
At the beginning of this QOTSA song is a sound clip of a guy getting into and starting a car. I've spent about 30 mins trying to figure out what car it was. The chime and the starter motor just sounds like a late 90s/early 00s Ford to me. No perfect match yet though.

I'm a law guy, not a politics knower, but "Trump illegally taxed/stole $175 billion from Americans" seems like good messaging.
You'd think that an Aussie race organizer would figure out how to keep kangaroos off their track. I feel horrible for Chris Mies and the HRT crew. That could've killed him
RIP Alpine's Hypercar program. It's such a cool car and they were practically the underdogs.

No rule that says you can't have a race car in the garage lol. This was the era I fell in love with BMW. The E90 M3 was a dream car for years and the M3 GT2 will always be a favorite.
This one survived Pearl Harbor and has some panels that are unrestored
Was cleaning house and remembered I never got to share this. I inherited this old whiskey decanter from my grandfather (for my whole life I thought it was just a model lol) and I got to see the real car it was based on at the Petersen Museum a few months ago.
a shitty close up shot from an old Motorola Edge of an A-Spec badge from a certified pre owned 2024 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance in Liquid Carbon Metallic that the BlueSky user recently traded in his 2023 Nissan Titan Pro4X in Deep Blue Pearl for
Did a thing
It's over guys. The Ford F-150 is no longer in production.

The best car buying advice I can offer to anyone is to let your voicemail inbox get full before you even start.
Those planes were neat too. My dad flew the 88s for a while too
I certainly did. The old Delta TriStars were rad.
I don't want to deal with trying to sell directly. And I dont think I could get enough for it to cover the difference in sales tax ,tbh.
There's one thing and one thing only that I'll support Elon for and that's getting rid of dealerships. Had a sales manager tell me with a straight face that even though they lowballed my trade by about $6k that the roughly $2k tax savings for having a trade-in will help make up for it. Fuck this.
In Atlanta, you HAVE to get to the airport 2 hours early. That's ingrained in me no matter what airport I fly out of.
I don't normally get worked up over the Grammys but I do find it pretty incredible how they managed to give Best Metal Performance to a performance that wasn't from a metal band.
In IMSA you can intentionally drive into the rear quarter of another car at 180 mph and nothing will happen to you.
I love Ford but they are really dumb sometimes... I sat in a couple F150s recently and the XLT with fixed pedals offers more driver legroom than the Lariat with power adjustable pedals (even at the furthest position possible). HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY DAMN SENSE, FORD. WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.
How I'm feeling after the Ford Racing launch last night.
This makes me want to do Le Mans in 2027 even more now
I was watching some old Top Gear with dinner and saw Hammond was slagging off the Honda NSX Type R. He was basically saying it was long in the tooth (probably true at the time) and that nobody was gonna spend 70k on a Honda. So I look it up and one recently sold for a MILLION.
My Mustang needs a new battery but I can't get the old one off because the negative terminal had so much fucking corrosion on it that it's seemingly welded itself to the post. A full can of PB blaster later and it's still stuck on.
So anyways, I'm gonna go suck start my shotgun.
Every NASCAR fan has "their drivers" and Greg Biffle was one of mine. I really hope by some miracle he wasn't on that plane.

With every new Rovo AI feature that Jira adds, it becomes more useless, bloated, and frustrating to use. It's at the point that it's making my work more difficult.
The future sucks.
