PUS-HKG. 3 1/2 hours. I paid for bulkhead seats.
Ok ya'll I just booked a (not short) flight on HK Express. Like @briansumers.com I'm not much for (U)LCCs. This oughta be interesting.
CVN 68?
New card to the game? Definitely not a new model!
My hometown airport. A little before my time though...
I dunno, my dude... maybe duck 'n cover?
Homer Simpson wearing Mr. Plow jacket
I think you've earned a sick vintage jacket www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...
Was thinking the same thing. Bike lane could be easily cleared.
Sorry @jasonchampton.bsky.social
Trust me, as a Rockies fan, I've seen LOTS of scores like that
That's a bad football game
It is so refreshing to have thoughtful coverage of my local school board/district again - it's been woefully lacking since the departure of the excellent @liamsadams.bsky.social about 5 years ago. Kept my Blade subscription active hoping to see this day!
Sounds like a high school
I don't mind them for a quick DEN>ORD, LAX, or IAH flight. But the flights between DEN and Hawaii are rough. No IFE and high pax:lav ratios on a 7-hour flight. No thanks.
I love WB&D
This is like the LAX-NYC task a few weeks ago when NYC was totally shut down due to snow.
Keep your eyes open for some local merch that promotes riding the...ahem... trolley. πhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Lake_Union_Streetcar
Pretty sure no more FedEx 3-holers taking off anytime soon (or ever, at this point)
No snow, though
Feelin for you and your colleagues!
I noticed in the video of the UA 789 deploying slides at LAX today that there were EK and QR pax planes parked on the cargo apron - including an A380.
A one-sheet poster for "The Hunt for Red October." The colors are black and red with white type. At top left is a large three-quarter portrait image of the head of Sean Connery as Captain Marko Ramius, printed in red on a black background. Next to his left cheek, rising out of the red as though rising out of the ocean is a submarine conning tower. The tagline to the right reads, "The hunt is on." The title, top-line stars, and credits are printed in the lower third of the poster against a red background.
Today in 1990, βThe Hunt for Red October,β adapted from insurance salesman Tom Clancyβs bestselling 1984 first novel, opened in theaters across the United States.

I believe our kids would refer to us as βuncβ
But, butβ¦.why isnβt there just a βclear cacheβ option??
Updated:
Another student at my son's high school was hit by a car this week - she suffered a broken hip (and tons of people saw it happen).
I dig it, but that's like a 40 minute drive from my house in Brighton..... hmmmmm
I would stab somebody for one of those right now
