i don’t know why i haven’t had either the energy or desire to work on fulgrim this week and it’s kinda unsettling me
i really hope i’m not burnt out on another daemon primarch
hopefully next week i can try doing something; even just a little thing on the model

sorry there hasn't really been any updates this week i've been taking a little break from painting fulgrim after getting the wings done

the torsos pretty much done now onto the bit I’m dreading, his wings
dreading that cause that’s where i stopped painting angron and took a 4 month long break from painting

…i couldn’t sleep so i kept painting and, well, this happened…
it’s looking like how i had it in my head now and im happy with that
the eyes were a suggestion from my partner cause i was lost for what to do with all the spherical gems on the model (there’s one on the shoulder pad as well)

I really like those new Red Corsairs, although this guy is a highlight on account of him having obviously surrendered to the intrusive voice, and taken a bite out of his tilt shield.

‘nother small update, finally able to sit down and paint after a hectic couple weeks, just working on the trim of his armour.
went with gw’s iron warriors for the trim, the dark metallic makes it all really pop
still a little lost on what to do next but it’s finally starting to be worked on again
Ushoran, Mortarch of Delusion. A towering decrepit vampire king standing atop a shattered citadel drenched in gore and symbols of royalty. Less of a bump in the night more that scene from the start of shrek 2 with the trumpeters playing the hawaii 5-0 theme
High Falconer Felgrym and his noble hunting hawk Grype. He is a distinguished courtier of the realm, or at least he thinks so, styling himself as an outdoorsman-y figure when in reality he’s a half deformed cannibal wearing someone’s hand as a glove
Grand Justice Gormayne, the realms finest justice, in full dress of intestine wig and soiled raiments, delivering the king’s justice from his facade of madness
An abbhorant Gorewarden and Royal Decapitator, two lesser ghoul courtiers with very dissimilar roles. One (left) an axe wielding executioner styled after father gascoigne from bloodborne and the other (right) a spear wielding winged dragoon who guards the borders of the realm

the idea is to go rather hellraiser cenobite with how hes gonna turn out; im very inspired by lot of the older emperors children art and their inspirations for this particular model and some of the other models i got
