I remember seeing this on cable TV as a kid in the early ‘80’s thinking: “Hey, this doesn’t sound like Another Brick in the Wall”…. 😂

That’s right, forgot it was not a world wide thing. We still just referred to them as the Charlatans too.

Right after that single took off, they had to become Charlatans UK due to the San Francisco based Charlatans mentioned in another response having claim on the name.

I was college roommates and friends with the guys in Chum (Century Media) who played with K2B a lot. I also used to help K2B’s old manager/booking agent before I got my first music biz gig.

6th grade me wore the cassette out. 😂

Definitely a banger. Never got to see Kyuss, but did see El Niño Brown that was John Garcia with Karma to Burn.
