It's always been great of course, and has just kept getting better as the weeks tick by, but people forget & get distracted by shiny objects. The best tools are patient, they're in it for the long haul, as am I / are we.

They backed out on the day with no consideration for my family esp. the kids you know? It's immoral
Did you know, a house buyer in the UK can pull out of the deal at any point up until the "exchange of contracts" even after all the legal work has been done & the expensive bills have been paid. How do I know?🫣...

Do you have a favourite email tool? I use Loops quite a bit & try to stay away from fancy (and often broken) HTML email designs these days.
