Nobody wants to talk about the fact that he sucked as a mayor. Led over boondoggle projects (smartTrack was anything but). He impoverished the city by not raising property taxes at a steady rate (like Rob Ford and Mel Lastman did before him).
His nickname is Mr. Dithers for a reason...
It's almost like if we hadn't joined world market pricing we would have been encouraged to upgrade and refine in Canada... keeping jobs and profits local.

Ordered back to the office by the premier only to be sent home by your manager because they donβt have space. Such is the absurdity of the Ford government.

The Bro'ligachy is real.
With my friend @brianmasse.bsky.social former MP for Windsor who worked for years to get the Gordie Howe Bridge built.
The oligarch who owns the Ambassador Bridge is no friend to Windsor or Detroit.
Trump is threatening the bridge and the people of this region.
Do you know how much the typical worker would be making today if their wages had grown as much as CEO pay?

While I would tend to agree, COVID, masks, vaccines and the convoy probably had a large impact on it.
I can see it now, screaming: "the Fake Courts", "What idiot appointed them?", "It was Biden's fault", "Don't they know who I am", "We're sending ICE to stop the crime at the Supreme Court".
