I would definitely still try! I’ve always told myself it’s better to apply to as many places as possible rather than skipping the ones that don’t exactly apply to my situation / wishes! Discussion will always possible eventually in a call/email chain ( that is, if they reply of course )

what if I worked on a project for 4 years & it was my first experience in the games industry & the project ended up being cancelled? It‘s as if my experience doesn’t matter because the title wasn’t shipped.

I think it’s actually kind of wild seeing the same people who say it’s weird to depict *fictional* dark content as a way to deal with things & explore dynamics be the ones who go ahead and make jokes about disgusting actual *real life* stuff like the Epstein files “in order to cope“
