Ask yourself, "How am I complicit in creating the environment I say I dislike?" It's uncomfortable and powerful. Then get to work changing the things that you can.
In any work task you do, make sure you understand the value you are providing. Too often I see Product Managers asking their stakeholders/audience to do the heavy lifting.
