Oregon has' least restrictived' a lot of people to misery and death. There are a lot of Oregonians that have had to go into the criminal justice system multiple times before a judge decides its time to do something. This is entirely at the feet of the Oregon legislature.

That's an extension of the path of doom for Oregon. People making over $100K pay an effective rate of 31%. Over $250K, its 41%. Moving across the river then, makes a lot of sense. In the USA, the average is 25.95%. The answer is more middle class jobs and lower taxes.
