There's a scene in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth where Barret loses his shit because resources are being used to power an amusement park and AI is so much stupider than that.

I remember I was pissed when I heard that before the release but he had something neat going with the nearly all female cast in the end. Cybil/Rose are great together. He’s even praised people who recut the movie to remove the reshoot scenes with Sean Bean.

Since Gans was a big fan of the series and the first film was pretty good I’m still waiting for him to admit this one was revenge on Konami for the SILENT HILLS situation. It’s practical joke level bad.
