it's satisfying and idk why (i spent like 12 minutes just walking around on those lol)
yeh, everything in the game is animated on keyframes! i gave the bear traps fewer frames to make them feel a bit heavier/snappier than other things
spikes that don't hurt you yet but do look cool
duck doesn't fall off of cliffs anymore :D
(there are no invisible walls here, just some simple checks for the ground in front of you)

It is indeed! In Godot you can make animations without interpolation by switching to "Discrete" mode in your animation player's tracks:

Obviously, I was not making games during that time. I have been recovering for a number of weeks and again have motivation and can have fun.
However, I want to avoid stressors, so I am keeping my obligations very low. This means I will be permanently shelving all of my unfinished game projects.
It might seem somewhat sad, but this is a happy announcement. Recently, for a good while, I was dealing with a depressive episode. I had no motivation to work on any projects, stalled schoolwork, stopped drinking water, and did not want to eat or be awake or be alive.
