Kraken Slayer changes:
- Damage for ranged is now reverted to 100% from 80%
- Move speed removed
- AD reduced from 45 to 40
- Passive base damage increased from 150-200 to 160-300 (225-300 to 240-450 based on target's missing health)

Can't buff Kraken Slayer, sorry. I’d love to, but the Balance Council has me in a tiny room with no windows. Every time I suggest fairness, they throw another dart at the 'unbalance wheel.' Last week it landed on 'delete ADCs'—I barely escaped. #LeagueBalanceLore
