You’re doing your best.

Trying to be kind to people, trying to be the person you want to see in the world.

You’re not perfect but you’re good. And we need that goodness right now. Thank you for that.

A lobbyist who worked directly for Peter Mandelson, on the Palantir board, and on the board of *four* NHS trusts.

Lobbying the NHS to hand over even more patient data to Palantir.

This absolutely stinks. Get Palantir out of the NHS. Sign my petition:

Last night I dreamed that my hub & I lived in a lovely old farm cottage in Fermanagh, and the theme song for the county GAA was set to the tune of ‘Rosanna’, by Toto. If that is not actually a thing, then why is it not? #SpeirGorm

Sold my old iPad on eBay, kept the buyer updated but no response. Today Royal Mail said they were unable to access the property for delivery. Thankfully the buyer had added their mobile number to their account so I texted. This is why RM couldn’t access. Redirected delivery, they get it Wednesday!

[3] I have to admit my greatest surprise was learning that the candidate was straight! You’d think that given his gender of appearing to me as effeminate camp they’d understand that gender is fluid!

In one of those witty descriptions on pronouns he can add ‘has been/failed’.

[2] In a ‘ya couldn’t make it up’ move Reform ran a former anti-far right researcher to run for the far right party.

Turns out that although being trans is not contagious, being far right might be! Who’da thunk it?

[1] It’s not often these days that the far right gets a good seeing to. Well done to the busy bees of Manchester UK. This will have been a disaster to the far right Reform [Nigel Farage’s ego in collective form] & to the ‘far right policies led’* UK Labour govt. You love to see it. #Madchester

Ahaha!!! Imagine, you’re Winston Churchill, or somebody else throughout time with The Doctor’s phone number, calling with an emergency, but you’re left on hold listening to that for hours ahaha

I’ve just binged through both seasons of ‘Dinosaur’, and without giving any spoilers, I think pretty much everyone in the McArthur family is on the autism spectrum, despite Nina being the only one with a formal diagnosis.

Ireland v Israel game confirmed for Dublin’s Aviva Stadium in October FAI chief executive David Courell says security concerns around hosting Nations League fixture have been allayed by An Garda Síochána

Imagine playing sports with any other country engaged in mass ethnic cleansing, apartheid, and genocide?

It stopped with apartheid South Africa, which wasn't even as bad.

*Full* boycott of Israel NOW: sports, cultural, academic, trade, and investment links.

Worrye not about 'being productive,' for thou art not a product. Thou art a star daunsinge yn a hopeful skye. A signal blinking across centuryes and worldes. Thou art a song performid just once and perfectlye.

I had a similar experience moving to the UK from Australia and seeing my first bumble bee! They are unbelievably - and impossibly - MASSIVE.

There’s that blue sky again, this time with vapour trails cos we live near London City Airport.

Buds on the damson tree, with some lighter blue, sunlight-dappled sky.

I just spent some actual time outside (in the garden) photosynthesising and it was glorious. No cardigan, no jumper, no dressing gown or other warm clothing. T-shirt and shorts (tbf, that’s my normal clothes but over winter it’s with an outer layer)

Yep! Have you seen that it’s been a Finn-ter Wonderland during NYC’s blizzard? All the Finns over there have been going out and about, doing regular things, enjoying tourist places in the peace and quiet because everyone else is staying home indoors.

Even if not in Ireland, but you love the west coast of Ireland, you can still object and tell your mother and your sisters and your cousins
