Yes! What I'm personally expecting is that we'll get 3, possibly even 4 Gaiden chapters every 2 months to fill up the pages of volume 48 which is set to release in the fall of this year!

That is indeed what it sounds like. We can't be 100% sure, but this is what the announcement in issue 5 is. We also think it reads like there'll be more than one chapter.
"Akatsuki no Yona Gaiden" will start with a color page in Hana to Yume issue 6, releasing February 20th.
