Gearless protocol for performing a double arrest: Braid the legss from the ankles to the knees. From there, twist the torsos together. Flatten the wrists between the chests so the culprits are face to face. Tie their ankles in a knot, like shoe-strings. Then you fold their interlocked faces (See visual guide) and loop their heads through the first ankle braid. Their jawlines will secure them in place
