Exactly this. Even if you do everything perfectly there are so many things that can still go wrong when saving as PDF. It’s super tough!!
As someone who has taught PDF accessibility, I love this. Making PDFs accessible is a nightmare and despite being paid to work in that space I am here to say that PDFs suuuuuck and I wouldn’t wish them on anyone.
