a new universe has hatched!

An anthro latios design. He has a neutral expression, with blue eyes with scanlines and a square pupil, and fluffy hair that falls around his face. The design itself is chunky and somewhat aquatic, with latios' usual "tails" turned into a longer, thick tail, similar to a whale's. The design features a completely clear underbelly that spans to the end of its tail, as well as the knees, which is full of aesthetic-looking water and various aquatic-themed pokemon toys, yellow stars, and bubbles. The body is segmented like a simple robot at the neck, knees, and twice along the tail, with the segments colored pastel rainbow colors in a gradient. The wings are solid blue on top, but are a similar pastel rainbow with scanlines along their underside. The background is a blurry, frutiger aero-like background, with a blue sky, simple puffy clouds, and green grass dotted with yellow wildflowers.

A moss-covered tree trunk rises through a dense forest in Federation Forest State Park near Greenwater, Washington. Thick green moss wraps around the bark and branches, while soft light filters through tall trees in the background.
