I've been chewing over a LinkedIn post about a v good Black Friday campaign I worked on with a D2C ecomm client but I can't find a professional way to say "if your customers give a shit about you, they'll notice when you're trying to take the piss out of them, so don't do that".

Black Friday, day 1 of my period and a client off-site all weekend. Hahaha ahhhh I'm going to be sick.

Traffic will, until the end of time, queue here from 7am to get onto a single lane bridge over an 18th Century mill that the buses don't even go over. They just join the queue.
