When I lived in Tilles Park Nabe. kids from Joan of Arc School were turning into thuggy little shits. Graffiti & plant vandalism were blamed on Black & Brown kids who road buses to use 🏀 court and practice soccer. We would catch JOA kids doing harm and parents would say they'd never left house. 😡
