Die Forschungseinheit Landschaftsdynamik analysiert und beurteilt kurz- und langfristige Veränderungen der natürlichen Ressourcen der überbauten, bewirtschafteten und naturnahen Landschaft. Das vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds geförderte Projekt JustBioSolar untersucht die Auswirkungen von Freiflächen Fotovoltaik-Anlagen. Für dieses Projekt sucht die Gruppe Landnutzungssysteme per 1.4.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung befristet auf 2 Jahre (mit Option auf Verlängerung) eine/-n
Postdoktorand/-in in sozial-ökologischen Systemen 70-100% (w/m/d)
Sie untersuchen in einem europäischen Netzwerk von Untersuchungsregionen die gesellschaftlichen, ökonomischen und ökologischen Auswirkungen von Freiflächen-Photovoltaikanlagen mit einem Fokus auf Fragen des Schutzes der Biodiversität, der Landschaftsentwicklung und der Umweltgerechtigkeit. Dafür entwickeln sie eine geeignete Methodik für eine vergleichende Erhebung und Analyse, die sich primär auf die Auswertung von schriftlichen Unterlagen, räumlichen Daten, Interviews und Bildquellen stützt.
Sie verfügen über ein Doktorat in Geografie, Umweltwissenschaften oder ähnlichen Disziplinen und über Erfahrungen in sozial-ökologischer Forschung und der Verbindung von qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden. Sie schreiben und sprechen fliessend in mindestens einer Schweizer Landessprache sowie Englisch und haben erfolgreich international publiziert. Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikativ und arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig.
