Just another guy who likes to talk way too much about movies on the internet. πΊYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_BcaBOA1W_V33eHkykfjUg/featured π¬Letterboxd - https://letterboxd.com/Vidiot_Savant/
Did you spot Mike and Rich?
Yeah, but he sure could dance...
Fire in the hole!
I'll be in my office.
Monkeybone
Robert Eggers movies are very dreamlike.
The VVitch
The Lighthouse
The Northman
Wizard of Oz
Dark City
Natural Born Killers
Is that a giant banana muffin in your tin, or are you just happy to see me?
There are like 5 Dunkin Donuts locations just in my town alone. One is literally down the block from another. One in the Walmart. One when you first enter town, and one where you leave at the other end. We have more Dunkin's than gas stations.
In as much as Batman: The Animated Series incorporated elements from all of Batman's history, and condensed it all into one perfect adaptation that didn't talk down to the audience, but also told complex, character driven stories that even a kid could understand.
I mean, how can anyone be a TMNT fan and not at least love this scene...
Though I'm not to heartbroken over that, as the sale to Nickelodeon did lead to the brilliant 2012 series. Which I consider the Batman: The Animated Series of TMNT. It's that good. Seriously, this show rules!
A dumb Nostalgia Critic video from 10 years ago convinced the internet that this movie was somehow bad. Which is a shame, because it's great, and it's a shame we never got that sequel teased in the end.
So it's basically diet Taylor Sheridan with power rings then, huh...
I was army building Foot Ninjas, so I have a bunch of those packed away. Not the ones in the squat pose from the cartoon, but the movie style Foot Ninjas.
Thanks. I got them when the 2012 series was still going, as it was a boom time for vintage TMNT collectors with lots of sellers for good prices. I not only recreated my childhood collection, but got some figures I always wanted but never had too.
Here's what I have out on display. The rest, like the vehicles and some other figures like Ace Duck, Foot Ninjas, Metalhead, Chrome Dome etc are packed away at the moment as I don't have enough shelf space for my whole collection.
Bill & Ted Pick a Medicare Plan
Yeah, the villain is the weakest part, but that introduction scene with young Madeline is great. The action is some of the best in the Craig era as well. That opening car chase in the DB5 is an all-timer.
I have a Toxie because they were made by Playmates, and are compatible with TMNT.
Assuming for a moment this was true, why would anyone need to pretend to be Jim Carrey? I mean, I like Jim Carrey, and would be sad if he died, but he's pretty much been a recluse for years at this point. Only showing up for the odd event every now and then.
Wait, so instead of just accepting that the shape of people's faces change with age, and we're all getting older, the internet has immediately jumped to 'The real Jim Carrey was murdered, and is now being impersonated by someone wearing a Mission: Impossible mask?'

What is it good for?π΅
It was kind of hidden from the main site, which may have been why it eventually died. We had a good community of people there for awhile though. It's where I first met Josh Gilbert @shokxonestudios.bsky.social.
