It’s really weird for some corners of the media to do a whole “the Epstein files are a moral panic that has gone too far” thing when no one has faced any sort of punishment and doesn’t sound like they’re going to.
Today, I saw in clinic a patient who was on life support for months in our ICU. Walking, talking, eating, LIVING. Wins in the #ICU are often so few and far in between, I couldn’t help but cry.

I see this on the right - the idea that the existence of foreign academic staff and faculty are evidence of discrimination against natives. It's not discrimination, its selection: academia is a global marketplace, the US is the biggest center of that market. So yes, some foreign talent will win.
