Trump loves weapons to coerce people - political, economic (Tarrifs), military. They are all expressions of his power as a bully.

Of course he does, but you have to deal with things differently when you are trying to be diplomatic. You don't get to shout your mouth off unless you are the most powerful player, such as Trump.
And of course, they will call for Starmer head, and then (of course) there should be a general election... the thing they never dreamed of when they were in charge.
And yet we had Boris Johnson and Lizz Truss in our recent past. I do not think this is down soley to Starmer.
I might be wrong, but I suspect a combinaton of the right wing press and the meme factory of Social Media might have something to do with it.

Had I known about this album when it was released, it might have softned the blow of KidA, released on the same day in 2000, and to my mind, KidA is unlistenable.
