Given its comparative omniscience, any time an LLM uses the word "comprehensive" it's laughable. Comprehensive to whom?

@amandabrock.bsky.social I am honestly pleased to see this disclosure from Sentry in my inbox (it seems to happen like once a week, which is a little much). I think it's probably a good best practice in 2025, but IANAL. Maybe something like this will make an appearance in the third edition?

He said himself that the team had tuned him out. Ownership didn't want to see him go and Danny had a quiet offer to work in/with Utah. It's fascinating story, discussed at length.

According to this relationship, who are the snubs? I would guess its a lot of high efficiency, low minutes guys.

I get that it's hard to do this when you're frustrated. You have to give effort to get it back.

As a user of an application your bug report is important to me. But it's denominated in effort. The more effort and detail you put into describing the problem and how whatever is happening doesn't meet your expectations, the faster I'll be able to get to a solution.

Is this available as a codepen?

Sending files back and forth with the LLM trying to find out why an import was breaking a build. A couple of tangents later, came out with this time saver.

They don’t need to convince you, they only need to convince each other

I've only learned about Nix this fall, but it solves some problems in the ecosystem I mostly work in that benefit from commit level pinning of app dependencies and system level pinned dependencies are a bonus. More of a composable pattern than Docker/ OCI.

The Linux package manager? I think this guys is responding to you saying something like "Memento is hard to follow" with "the Godfather is a better film". I've never used either one. I thought Cargo had a good rep, Nix is a new hotness but it has very good ideas about deterministic builds.
