So, not only is the Italian Defence Minister stranded in Dubai, having travelled there without informing the PM or anyone else, including the security services, but the Rome Chief of Police is also stuck there. They were both there for "personal" reasons.
At least he didn't go on vacation to Dubai like the Italian Defence Minister,who is currently stranded there.
