I was enthousiastic, so I installed, created an account. Then was met with this. It did let me create an account, got the OTP verification mail, activated and everything. But logging in is not working with a long password.

I've built a customer support site in Codeigniter 3 (though a few years ago). When it had to be rebuilt, I decided to sit myself down and learn Laravel (11 at the time). Boy, am I glad I did that. I will never go back to CI.

Since I develop on Windows, I used to run Docker containers with Apache, MySQL and Alpine Linux with PHP/FPM. It was slow but it worked.

Recently I have discovered Laravel Herd and boy, is that a relief! It's blazingly fast, easy to manage and the licence is cheap.

I am so in love with #laravel. Working on a personal project now using Laravel 12, and boy, is it fun to work with. If I would need a new job, this would definitely be it. (Laravel, Livewire, FluxUI, TailwindCSS)

I had a save game where I left the game back in 2018. It only had 9 (nine!) hours of gameplay (shame on me)... In the past 3 days I managed to already get 15 hours in. And I'm loving it. I remember dropping the game as I sucked at combat. And now I realize it's not a hack-n-slash game.

Last week I bought Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 as it was discounted on Steam. But to get into the game, I restarted the original KC:D, which I never bothered to play decently (since 2018 😇. And I'm having a blast 😁. Haven't installed KC:D2 yet.

That looks epic! One upgrade you can do already and what makes an insane improvement are better wheels. Lose the stock little plastic wheels and upgrade to inline-skate-like wheels. Something like this: www.wielenzaak.nl/stoel-skatew...

Before you explode, here in the Netherlands, most of us pay too. The tariffs for waste are determined by the counsil you live in, some charge per clearing, some per kilo. In my area, I pay 18 euros each time my wheelie bin is emptied. I put it out once a month, but some people more. 1/2
