2. Offer any credentialed US scientist funding for lab startup and replacement of NIH grants if they move to Canada
3. Immediate permanent residency

This is what I think EM’s goal is along. To interfere with democratic elections worldwide. I don’t care if I sound paranoid. I’ve been saying Trump will come after Canada when he was first elected. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.
