A snapshot of my workout results today. 1000 meters, 35 minutes elapsed, with an average of 3.5 minutes per 100 meters.

First successful swim after nearly 4 months. 40 lengths just about killed me, but I'm looking forward to improving and getting back to where I was.

I went swimming for the first time in 3months after battling an upper respiratory infection that turned into community acquired pneumonia.

I made it to 400m, made a rookie mistake, accidentally breathing in a glug of water, almost making me throw up right there.

This whole album is immaculate. Stockholm syndrome is one of the top 3 favorites on that album of mine.

I love having my nails done! It's a fun treat to have done, but for me it's a catch 22. I swim a lot as a workout, and the chlorine just eats through it like butter. If I do a gel polish it lasts much longer, but I have to go back to have them take it off and put more on when it grows out >_<

At the doctor's office for my semi-annual STI screening, so I can continue to be an ethical heaux. Remember, knowing your status and being responsible is sexy!

It makes me happy to see leaders of other countries be held accountable for their actions, and be dealt with judiciously and swiftly. It gives me some semblance of hope that it's going to happen here in the US. Not a lot... but some.

This is all very true, but sadly most people these days either don't remember it, or have never seen it. And that is criminal to me. Granted I'm a little biased as my step dad made me watch this all the time, and he was obsessed with the soundtrack and played it on vinyl every weekend.

This soundtrack is just ✨chefs kiss✨. The movie is criminally underrated too.

A picture of the contents of a crock pot. I've added frozen spinach, green beans, peas, carrots, sweet potato, and pumpkin puree, on top of ground turkey, and brown rice. This will cook for 5-6 hours to become a homogenous blend, mixed with other vitamins and fish oil for them to get other nutrients into their diet.

The sauce contains kewpie mayo, hoisin sauce, sriracha, oyster sauce, a healthy tablespoon of furikake (Japanese seasoning with toasted sesame seeds and seaweed). It coats everything in a rich and silky pinkish sauce that is salty, savory, slightly sweet, and spicy!

Did I make my own spin on bang bang shrimp, while adding mini Korean mandu (pork/veggie dumplings) for lunch, because fuckit?

My negative experience with having a PA, was right after getting it pierced I had some very spicy Laotian food, and I guess I didn't wash the spices off my hand before going to the bathroom. I swear I could hear it sizzle when I touched the PA 😭
