Nope. I look for their statement on their practices. It's hard enough game as it is without fake stolen writing adding to the mix, to the work of editors. I feel for what they have to deal with.

I love this, gotta say. I remember using teletype lines to get into the computer systems for the ILL job I had after college, remember the first Macintosh computer. Gopher anyone? LOL I guess my first email address would have been in 1992.

Yeah, agreed. (Though Dollhouse also had horrific vibes. I didn't get past the second episode. Shoulda stopped at Buffy and Angel.)

I've seen hummingbirds blow bubbles in the feeders, so now I'm imaging that from @spookyalice.bsky.social's #HorrorWritersChat. We get deer too, spring is set.

One was likely a rumrunner, as evidenced by the man he worked for, who was. He later became a tile setter and tiled the Detroit Windsor tunnel which gave him horrible arthritis. Died before I was born. The other, a carpenter, even made violins. I've yet to find any info, but my cousin this one.

I have no interest in seeing Wuthering Heights, but I am so invested in the reviews lol

I was a toddler when Kennedy was shot, and as told, in my father's arms watching the live tv reports with him. From the near start I guess.

So far, indeed perfect, if not very dusty. Each page is getting a very gentle wipe. The cadence of Robert Vaughn in the prefatory bio is so smooth.

I bought this today. Maybe perfect.

The elementary school I worked was in shock. All teachers were in a daze while we all carried on, everyone eyeing each other, trying to silently ask for news but not let the kids know. Everyone wide eyed. And it just got worse with every fact found out.

Crystal Pepsi tasted the same as Pepsi. I stopped drinking it when I'd find bits of things in the bottle at work. Someone was stealing chugs, leaving visible tobacco bits. Between that and when you drank it with chocolate of any kind, the tastes merged into an awful thing. Tongue curdling ick.

"If the airline takes over the ticket we have no way to make any changes. So the agent should have contacted the airline for you to do so . Are you on the phone with us still or Westjet?^JM" I hope JM is doing well, he was useful. LOL

Now I've got flashbacks to changing a flight on Orbitz. 15 hours on hold over 2 days in a hospital waiting room. Kept rebooking me on wrong flights despite me giving the flight I wanted, and was available. Ha, found my record of the Orbitz text chain from TW. He was waiting with bated breath too.

Was on the phone with a person!! at Amazon to attempt to solve the problem. The call was dropped at 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold. No call back. Kicking this into tomorrow. More updates as warranted.

And if I try to change the acct number, even though it's right there on the two factor, it says it will delete all Kindle content on the number. You'd think someone would have thought of that. I don't trust it won't all go poof!

TIL if you use your ph # for 2 factor on Amazon, but use your email to sign in, the person who had your phone number before you, their acct pops up to sign in. So messed up. Still can't see my library on my phone, but can on my browser. This is now a tomorrow problem. I'm exhausted.

I do cranberry a lot, my entryway into banana bread. My MIL's recipe to which I added cranberry. I've never done sweet potato bread, intriguing. That sounds really good.

Not sure if that is a bench, but the heart on a bench I made in the snow once was continued by passersbyes for days. ❀️

I make banana bread at least weekly, and have tried so many combos. Strawberries, sadly, and shredded apple, the worst. Strawberries become mucus-y and shredded apple is just wet. Chunked apple otoh, super good.

Not the worst, not sure there is that, but I've only had one mango that was palatable. All the rest not worth the cutting. Blueberries are best when frozen.

I stumbled upon it, first with dates in banana bread. More than the sum of its parts. Then I added chocolate chips. Incredible.
