Visited a friend over the weekend to help construct a couple duct tape dummies and for grilling and movie night

Here's my haul from Motor City Furry Con! I loved the video game theme for this year. This was my second MCFC, and both had quality badge lanyards. We'll see if this notion of furry convention challenge coins takes off.

I've been playing Terraria to earn the new achievements and get that game back on my perfect Steam games list. Today my perfect games list was further reduced by three by new achievements for Going Medieval, Cities: Skylines, and Trash Goblin.

After checking out on Sunday we stayed just long enough for the trashfurs meet up. Unfortunately the host didn't appear, and the assigned room was locked, but we met Lucky the raccoon earlier in the morning and saw more raccoons outside the panel room. The fursuit games were also that morning.

I found Shaz the blue jay around the convention hall. On Saturday night we came back for some dancing and found Drake Quackburd and another green skunk named Lush!

We missed the big photoshoot on Saturday morning, where I wanted to show off my new bird partial, but in the main events area we found Zarafa the purple giraffe, and then later met Coffee Bean the skunk and ran into Seaxine again.

Jakey and I went to a cat meet on Friday night, which I attended as a skunk, followed by a dragon meet!

Last weekend I went to Motor City Furry Con with @jakeyjaketheskunko.bsky.social, who brought along his feline partial while I had my new corvid partial and also my skunk! We stayed near the top of the Renaissance Center! We took many pictures like these on Friday with Kota, Shadow Moon, and Mako.

I led a quick cross-border evening excursion and photo session with Jakey on day 0 of MCFC. Although I was in the area for years, I hadn't been to the Windsor waterfront before.

I found a few more items that weren't unpacked in time for the big swag picture! The Easter egg stuff were small stickers, not the weighted rat plush.

I'm getting ready to leave for Motor City Furry Con. Meanwhile here are the things I brought home from FurSquared. The big item is of course the bird head, and the sponsor-level bag is useful for holding stickers, some of which were traded at the convention.

I am back from FurSquared and am pleased to announce my new acquisition at the dealers den of this bird fursuit head from Fishbowl Fantasies. You may see me as this corvid at future conventions. This follows three episodes of missed opportunities to purchase an avian head, so quite fortunate.

Saturday at FurSquared, RenFur, I did more suiting as a Templar skunk, met many friends, and attended panels and meets about cartoons, trains, Pokémon, and lagomorphs.

I'm at FurSquared enjoying the Ren Fur. Yesterday we did registration, opening ceremonies, bird meet, dinner with birds, and room party (which included many birds). Also ten steps into dealers den I made a big purchase to be shared later.

I'm getting ready to leave for FurSquared, my first time attending this convention. This year they went with a Renaissance theme. The following weekend is Motor City Furry Con, which for the first time will be at the Renaissance Center!

Here's the haul from Midwest FurFest 2025. It's heavy with stickers after bigger acquisitions at AnthroCon. I collected each of the eight convention cards at MFF just like last year but didn't find out about them until the second day of the convention.

It's the last day of MFF 2025, and unfortunately there will be snow to contend with on the way back. We're trying to enjoy the remaining time here, but meanwhile here are more pictures with the crew including Mayo's new suit!
