What I'd change is better os customization. Adjusting the volume on android used to be precise. Nowadays, if you find a music too loud and you click once down, it gets too quiet because the gap is too large.

The Patullo bridge connects to an industrial, car centrict part of Surrey, and to a few houses on the New Westminster side. For a Metro Vancouver version of the High Line to exist, we need a reason to be there to begin with.

I might lack insight, but considering construction is always disruptive and completion time prediction is as up-in-the-air as the weather, what could have truly been done differently? Should a budget for revenue loss be considered for each project? Should revenue loss be expected?
