I’m starting a new job soon. Very excited. I’m pretty nervous but also ready to get started and really get my hands dirty. Never before have I been to perfectly set up for a position that is so willing to have me.
This piece is a bit overcooked. But wanted to mention the reason I wanted to write this stuff specifically was because I saw it with Ema and her mom. She really couldn’t stand it. And at first I was a bit disappointed but it really grew on me. I couldn’t stop thinking about it for days.

You’re lucky! Saw it in the theater. Came out firmly against the movie and I gave it a fair shot. I was excited for it. Loved Past Lives. Found Materialists to be grossly distasteful. Luckily I was with a group of friends, and we all talked about how it was a miss for each of us. All rom com fans!
