I've applied for hundreds of jobs in the last 6 months and about half of them ask me if I have ever been disabled and even suggest examples such as cancer or alcoholism. I didn't know that was legal.

In 2021 I had an MRI because I had back pain. My doctor said it looked fine. 2 years later I had another one because the pain was getting worse. There was a tumor in my spine. Which was also there 2 years ago, but no one told me. My Dana Farber doctor failed to open that report.

If anyone knows a good malpractice attorney, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Do you know that years ago I went to see a doctor about pain in my back and he told me that it was because I was overweight and I didn't exercise. I will add that he was also fat. 😂

It won't. No one wants the case and time has already run out.

The first three MRI reports that were released said that it was clear. Then he sent out a fourth addendum which stated that there was a mass present and that they would need to do follow-up. That fourth one just sat in my doctor's inbox for 2 years. He opened it while he and I were on the phone.

I'm 56 and fat and female. 😂

My doctor from Dana-Farber ordered the MRI and all of the notes went directly to him. I can and I should expect my health care provider to read all of the fucking notes. And report everything to me. I'm hardly fucking passive.
