I've spent a month not scrolling anything! It was very hard, but I feel like I un-fried my brain a little bit and made good progress on #Stellopark gameplay :)

Couple weeks of pure dev, architecting, surviving power outages and cold

Ahhh 2026 is off to a questionable start, but mostly enjoying it so far

Last month was.. Something. I experimented with a project from scratch and basically killed all good that previous version had, tried to give it to someone to test, instant confusion. Had a 15 minute breakdown and now have a clearer vision for the previous version, so you could say it's working out

Sometimes it feels like things aren't quite working out
But hey, let's try again tomorrow

Restarted my Rockets game from scratch with a plant to focus on gameplay that's fun even with plain cubes, triangles and circles

Found myself stuck with the previous version, because the maintenance of past experiments really weighed me down

Any experience with this?

I found that, for some reason, I do not have it in me to have a fulltime job (development) and do #indiedev in my free time. Anyone else? Were you able to tackle it?

But I took a week off to work on my project and it's very fun :)
