gouache illustration: a cartoon stegosaurus is carrying bunch of smaller critters on their back. unless you're a stickler for dinosaur anatomy, in that case let's say it's a four-legged cartoon reptile with a hooked beak and a row of plates sticking outta their back. there's some lava flows in the background so maybe the bunch is scurrying away from that. some smaller lizards are running along all around. my name and other info is superimposed into the composition because it's the kidlit art postcard day

Last Stugo thing I’ll post today, but this sequence from the first episode is one of my favorite things that I did on the show.

I had enough time at the beginning of the season to storyboard and time out all of this, (with Ryan Gillis poses for Merian’s freakout at the end)
