It's a question of clarity of intent. The creator's name is watermarked on the video as you say; the poster may have seen that and thought it to be sufficient, they may not, and posted it regardless. We can only speculate about their intent either way. If they'd credited them more clearly we'd know.

His defence is that he didn't post to the group chat over the weekend because he didn't have his personal phone on him while in Russia; effectively admitting that he *did* use the Signal app, on his personal phone, to discuss classified information. Just not while we was away from his phone.

Agreed. Combined view struck me as a solution to a problem I didn't have. My workflow is based on a clear distinction between Chat which is casual and expendable, versus Teams and Channels which are structured and persistent.

In comparison, wind turbine related the deaths are estimated at 100,000 birds annually.
