We identified novel immune cell and signatures 𧬠associated with the transition to RA. We addressed two key disease-prediction questions:

We analyzed longitudinal samples from converters and non-converters enrolled in the StopRA clinical trial using a comprehensive single-cell multi-omic framework. Our approach integrates CITE-seq with paired TCR/BCR sequencing, mass cytometry, and simultaneous profiling of scATAC and scASAP-seq.
