We identified novel immune cell and signatures 🧬 associated with the transition to RA. We addressed two key disease-prediction questions:
1️⃣ Can future conversion to clinical RA be predicted at baseline?
2️⃣ Are predictive features associated with time to disease onset among converters?

We analyzed longitudinal samples from converters and non-converters enrolled in the StopRA clinical trial using a comprehensive single-cell multi-omic framework. Our approach integrates CITE-seq with paired TCR/BCR sequencing, mass cytometry, and simultaneous profiling of scATAC and scASAP-seq.
