The PWD cannot be characterized as a nothingburger. Whether it becomes a milestone will depend on domestic implementation, future EU initiatives echoing its regulatory impetus and its potential influence on global standards. It certainly makes a valuable contribution to regulating platform work.
The EHU has gone beyond the health security framework to include initiatives supporting the everyday resilience of health systems. Yet a coherent vision lacks, and the link with existing commitments to protect citizens’ health and ensure access to health care should be more strongly affirmed. #Bilan
