Question everything. Always distrust those who have previously lied, it is a habit.

It’s very amusing but what is the need for it? Heath’s articles already have headlines which are just as mad - maybe even more so.

The smell of Trump’s desperation is tangible.

There is a strong sense around that, incrementally, the wheels are falling off the Trump wagon. It also feels that things are gathering momentum. I know there is a core of MAGA supporters who believe he can do no wrong but when MTG and the NRA are at odds with his policies the ground is shifting.

Truss is a Dunning-Kruger case study. A classic example of it.

What? Pete Seat?

What were his parents thinking?

You know what, I’m getting fed up with these petty, parroting, narrow minded attacks on Starmer. There are things that deserve to be adversely commented upon, but this is not one - and the cheap humour is puerile. We need a functioning relationship with the US and China. Read the article and wake up

If the NRA are calling for a full investigation, Trump and ICE are in trouble over the killing of Alex Pretti.

His descent into insanity is well advanced. Great haircut though!

Musk is a threat to national security because he is promoting violent insurrection.

However, a number of his recent outbursts on X strongly suggest he is mental unstable and that he has lost contact with reality. If he continues in this vein it will rapidly become more obvious to more people.

Come on! It’s past time for some top quality smiting. You know you’ll enjoy it and so will the world.

That Chris Phib eh. What a card!

Why bother with facts when made up stuff fits your agenda so much better.

The electors of Croydon South must be so proud.

What were the electors of Greater Lincolnshire thinking of?

Oh, wait a moment, only 30% of them actually voted and she got only 42% of that 30% - so 70% couldn’t be bothered to vote and only 13% of the electorate actually put their X in the box by her name. I suppose they got what they deserved.

Trump is inviting a version of the Streisand effect.

School shootings don’t occur in Japan because they removed guns from the public square. Why is this so difficult for (some) Americans to understand. God has nothing to do with it.

Absolutely no doubt about it, Jesus was a socialist.

The safer (and more efficient) starting point with Trump is to take nothing he says at face value.

Tesla have been hit by two major factors. The first, which the article highlights, is Musk’s perceived toxicity (he has also lost his ‘aura’ as a futurist guru). The other factor is that Tesla have squandered their lead in the EV market. There are better and cheaper alternatives now.

Rees-Mogg is unique. He is the only person in the world who is a self parody.

What makes it even funnier is that he is completely unaware of this. He mistakenly sees himself as an intellectual colossus.

A endorsement from Duncan Smith is the kiss of death. I would imagine Badenoch is, at this moment, writing her resignation speech.

I’ve read a long way down through the responses to this post and, you know what, there is complete unanimity. Everyone hates Musk!

Musk said he was “a free speech absolutist”. He’s actually not is he. He is a hypocrite.

You feel something akin to contempt when she says this sort of thing.

Just imagine being a Tory and watching this. In theory she will be leading them into the next GE - although maybe not.

Well this truly is classic karma! Musk needs to decide whether his business is amateur political meddling or Twitter, cars etc.

Also, Toyota make very practical, reliable vehicles.

Twitter is in inevitable decline and Musk is the cause - he has made his involvement with it toxic.

The only hope is for Musk to be removed and replaced by someone who can bring it back to a place of sanity - someone whose job is running the platform. Moderation is essential.

I’ve visited Auschwitz. If you haven’t I can tell you, you would have to be some kind of psychopath to be unmoved by it.

I would have said, visiting the place would have tempered any tendecy toward nazi-ism in a person - but apparently I was mistaken.
