We spend months of work in building the perfect company and perfect brand for @PackalyHQ. It was constantly changing, but in the end we really nailed it with @framer.

What do you think, a comprehensive review of the origins and the building of the site?

One of the projects I am involved with is Pluvion.

We did a complete redesign for them, building a brand from scratch to a successful fundraised VC backed company.

We supported not only with design, but also with strategy and directions.

Here's a design concept of a driving school SaaS I've made.

The main focus is on a calm clear design for the landing page, talking about success and a stable platform powered with AI.

However, the challenge was in talking tech but also quality control.

I'm thrilled to share this! We've transformed an ordinary design concept into a powerhouse of innovation and intrigue.

Kalasar, an AI-driven platform that revolutionizes onboarding, helping users seamlessly explore new facets of an application.

Scratch marks a bold new chapter for users.

The most valuable skill I’ve developed as a founder? Learning to say no. Opportunities are infinite; time and focus are not.

Your competitors aren’t failing because of youβ€”they’re failing because they’re ignoring their customers. Learn from their mistakes.

Every founder faces imposter syndrome. The key is to act anyway. Confidence grows with experience, not the other way around.

Don’t chase perfection. Chase momentum. A steady pace beats the occasional sprint every time.

Scaling too fast broke my first startup. Scaling too slow nearly killed my second. The sweet spot is somewhere in between.

The best businesses are boring behind the scenes. Clear processes, predictable results, and no unnecessary drama.

If you don’t understand your customer’s pain better than they do, you’ll lose to someone who does.

You don’t need to be the smartest person in the room. You just need to listen to the smartest people in the room.

Stop trying to convince people to work with you. Instead, show them why they can’t afford not to.

The market doesn’t reward effortβ€”it rewards results. Make sure your work is delivering measurable impact.

Your pricing strategy says everything about your confidence. Price high, deliver value, and stand behind it.

Founders often neglect their health chasing success. Don’t. A healthy founder builds a healthy company.

My first business taught me this: The best marketing is a happy customer. They’ll do the selling for you.

You don’t need a fancy office or a huge team to succeed. You need clarity, grit, and a willingness to do the work.

The difference between a good founder and a great one? The ability to let go of their ego and pivot when necessary.

The best advice I’ve received: Build your business like it’s your product. Test, iterate, and refine constantly.

Your customers don’t care about your processβ€”they care about the outcome. Sell the result, not the effort.

The first thing I check every morning?

Cash flow. Not revenue, not growth.

Cash flow keeps the business alive.

Every failed business I’ve seen had one thing in common: a lack of focus. Focus is the ultimate growth hack.

Your team won’t buy into your vision if you don’t communicate it clearly. Repeat it until they’re tired of hearing it.

When you try to be everything to everyone, you end up being nothing to anyone. Define your niche and own it.

Every founder should learn to sell. If you can’t sell your vision, no one else will either.

Chasing perfection will stall your growth. Get it 80% right, ship it, and let your customers help with the rest.

Networking isn’t about collecting contactsβ€”it’s about building relationships. People invest in people they trust.
