Got it. Sure, I'll add that option to the settings and will let you know when a new beta build is available, won't take longer than an hour or so.
Well, it wouldn't be a big deal to add that feature to Dropshare. It would work only if floating captures are enabled tho, otherwise, the screen shot in the clipboard would be overwritten by the upload URL immediately. Why switching away from CleanShot anyway though? Their app is amazing.
If you wish to have the actual screen shot copied to clipboard, enable floating captures and click the "copy" button on the floating capture:
It will
a) copy the screen shot to a user-selected local folder
b) upload the screen shot (automatically or, when floating screen captures are enabled, on button press) to a configured storage service and copy the URL to the screen shot (or any other file) to the clipboard automatically
Maybe we misunderstood each other; Dropshare is copying the URL to the uploaded screen shot into the clipboard automatically, not the screen shot itself.

The latest beta of Dropshare 6.1 features the new annotation editor. While it doesn't seem like much, the previously built-in editor had been ageing quite a bit. This new editor has way better usability for creating and editing annotations, and will offer new features in future updates.
