I used to use SageThumbs for that, but it borks windows 10. Apparently there are some alternatives, but I was too lazy to ever check them out myself. It might be worth looking into these, though alternativeto.net/software/sag... sorry I don't have the spoons today to check them out myself.

newgrounds is pretty good for posting art but getting away from the dude energy at the end of the day is also a relief
