I have managed to arrive at my gate 15 minutes before boarding. I have no idea what to do with myself.

It’s pretty deep so I’m hoping for ramen and pasta. I have a microwave, too, so that will help with hot water.

Fridge & freezer. I also have necessary knives, bowls, spices, etc.

Ok pocket friends who cook - I am in an extended stay hotel for the next 8 months. I have a toaster oven & a large electric skillet with a lid. Looking for recipes I can cook with those that are least likely to set off the smoke alarm. 😬🤞🏻😆. Please help!

Road trip update: still going, but a coffee break to meet up with @9coacheswaiting was a true delight.

2025 was rough-disappointments, losses, bad surprises. Focusing on my blessings has been hard but there are many. Family, friends, my job, my health…2026 will be better.
