Alright, last minute advice anyone?

Like I’m not certain, but I think my old chair is the either cause of, or failing that, contributing, to my neck and shoulder pain.

Especially since I can’t sit at a proper 90 degree angle.

Unfortunately I’m kinda done with my current chair.

I alternate between old one (which reclines if try to sit back on it, there’s basically no resistance to it)

And a dining chair which has a flat back, which I’m pretty sure gives me lumbar pain if I use it instead :/

So I don’t want to wait tbh
